solutions4networks (s4nets) was recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times (PBT) as one of the top places to work in Pittsburgh earlier this quarter. At the annual celebration of finalists from businesses representing small through extra-large categories, s4nets was named not only the leader in the small business category, but also the top overall best place to work out of the over 70 other finalists recognized.
Michele McGough, President/CEO, started s4nets after working at large organizations and noting the culture and deficiencies. The company “believes that culture eats strategy for breakfast. Our philosophy is to focus on the culture and the growth of our people.” The company has a core set of values at the heart of every engagement they enter in to, from hiring new employees to complex projects and client management. McGough holds her team accountable to the core s4nets’ values of empowerment, leadership, integrity, trust, and excellence.
solutions4networks is entering their 20th year in business in 2019 and provides network engineering and security services, including design, implementation, and architectural strategy for enterprise, hybrid, and cloud clients in Western Pennsylvania.
The PBT facilitates the awards each year, which are based on a survey taken by employees at each nominated organization. The survey results are compiled and the list of finalist organizations in each of four categories is announced each fall. s4nets received a final overall satisfaction score of 98.6/100 to lead not only the small business category, but the overall rankings.
