Frank Piscopo steps into the CEO role, carrying forward the legacy Founder Michele McGough built over nearly three decades
Pittsburgh, PA, June 11, 2026 – solutions4networks (s4nets), a leading IT integration and consulting firm, today announced a significant ownership transition that sets the stage for the company’s next phase of growth, while preserving the people-focused culture, technical excellence, and customer orientation that have defined s4nets for more than 26 years.
Founder Michele McGough has sold the company to Frank Piscopo and his investment group. Piscopo, who has served as President of solutions4networks since January 2024, will assume the additional role of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. McGough will remain with the company as Founder and Executive Advisor through the end of the year, ensuring a seamless transition for employees, customers, and partners.
