solutions4networks CEO Michele McGough Nominated for Pittsburgh Technology Council Tech 50 CEO of the Year

Michele McGough, a leading Pittsburgh technology innovator who launched network engineering, collaboration, and network security firm solutions4networks, was named as one of six finalists for 2016’s CEO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Technology Council.

McGough successfully shepherded solutions4networks through the rapid changes that have marked the networking engineering and security integration industry for more than the past 15 years. Prior to the company’s launch in 1999, McGough gained extensive management experience at Fortune 500 companies. During this time, she decided to create a company with dedicated employees that offered both a stimulating environment and work-life balance. With these goals, she brought solutions4networks to fruition, and now employs 23 people who value innovation and superior client services.

“I’m honored to be named as a finalist for the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s CEO of the Year. As solutions4networks continues to experience high growth, I am proud that my staff and I have been able to expand our services beyond our core business. The company’s strengths lie with our experienced staff members, a team attitude, and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients for many years. A CEO is only as effective as the team that surrounds her, and the solutions4networks team works with each client to find the right solution for their needs,” said McGough, who serves as President and CEO.

The Pittsburgh Technology Council Tech 50 Awards honor southwestern Pennsylvania’s most successful and innovative technology companies. The awards represent transformative technology centers of excellence with tech companies at all stages of growth.
